Greetings from Nome again. Two good friends, who have been traveling together for a while, have been racing each other to the finish line for 26th and 27th place. They had left White Mountain 2 minutes apart with Scott leading, they left Safety in that order and then shortly before the ramp into Nome it looked like Paige had the upper hand, having passed Scott. That was…. until her dogs decided to pay a visit down some side street. Scott looked over to the side and said: ” See ya, ” and arrived a few minutes ahead after all. Both shared the finish chute, snacking their dogs. Both teams looked amazing and were pulling hard, leaving rooster tails when driven into the dog lot. Well done for both! Enjoy the shots:
