Halverson Wins the Red Lantern!
The 2007 Iditarod Trail Sled Dog race officially ended at 2:56 this morning (Alaska Time) when Wasilla Alaska musher Ellen Halverson (Bib #41) ended her journey under the Burled Arch in Nome Alaska.
Red Lantern Banquet Tonight
The 2007 Red Lantern Banquet is tonight. Banquet is open to the public and will be held at the Mini Convention Center in Nome at 6:30pm.
