How much money do the finishers get?

Are you wondering about the Purse?

Each musher that finishes the race gets a part of the purse. 
The exact amount of money for each position is not decided until right before the start of the race each year because the amount is based on revenue.  That is why the exact amounts are not released to the public until March.
