The Iditarod Trail Committee congratulates the winners of the 2014 Winter Raffle and also wishes to thank each and every race fan who purchased a ticket(s).
The Iditarod Trail Committee (ITC) conducts two raffles annually, the financial success of each playing a significant role in ITC’s ability to stage the race each year. As a part of the ITC’s longstanding commitment to ensuring the highest level of public confidence in its raffles, the CPA firm of Newhouse & Vogler, of Anchorage, Alaska, again conducted a pre-drawing audit to ensure that all 4,000 tickets sold were accounted for and were in the drum at the time of the drawing. A representative of the firm also drew the winning tickets.
