Iditarod Headquarters is now open 7-days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Stop by and check out the beautiful cabins, gift shop, Iditarod memorabilia, and watch the Iditarod video. Store hours were temporarily suspended this spring, due to COVID-19. Iditarod HQ reopened its doors on May 29, with limited hours, and has taken social distancing precautions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. With regular summer hours restored, guests can now enjoy a visit to the historic Iditarod HQ any day of the week. However, sled dog cart rides have not resumed as of yet.
