UPDATE March 14, 2013 PM Edition

Hi Boys and Girls

Teams have been coming in all day.  18 teams are still out on the trail so keep a look out for their finish.  First some good news, Mae the dog that became separated from Newton Marshalls team was found today.  It looks like he was headed to his home and traveled around 400 miles to get there. 

Mike Ellis and his team of Siberians crossed the finish line today with a new Siberian Husky Team record. The new record is 1 day and 4 hours faster than the previous record. Congratulations to Mike and his team.

WEATHER: The weather in Unalakleet is 3 degrees and mostly cloudy with wind. The weather in Shaktoolik is 3 degrees and fair and windy. The weather in Koyuk is 7 degrees and fair. The weather in Elim is 7 degrees and fair.  The weather in White Mountain is 10 degrees and fair and the weather in Nome is 11 degrees and fair with wind.
