WEATHER:   The weather in Safety and Nome is -5 degrees and lightly snowing. The weather in White Mountain is -6 degrees and cloudy. The weather in Elim is 4 degrees with light snow, The weather in Koyuk is 5 degrees, The weather in Shaktoolik is  3 degrees and is lightly snowing, There is a severe weather warning for heavy snow with accumlations of 5-9 inches from Shaktoolik to Elim.  The warning is for tonight through Friday.
