The dog yard is filling up all over. Now the sides of the roads are being used and it is going from here. There is a definite difference in appearances of teams. Some are very color coordinated. Others, well , they make due with what ever dog coat, harness or sled bag colour might be available. Myself, I also had more of a patchwork team too. It is surprising that every musher is staying here. All the different strategies seem to converge here. It will be a mass exodus down river. Lots of team passing whenever we get going. On a side note…. I have been able to work very nicely due to the fact that I have a great helper with Tim Krause. Not only does he know how to ride snow machines, he keeps right up, he has gotten the hang of this media stuff pretty quickly, keeping batteries charged, uploading pictures. Makes life VERY nice.
