Rumors that the 2013 Iditarod has been postponed or cancelled are not true.  While we have had minimal snow in areas around Alaska, conditions are improving, and we do not anticipate it affecting our race.

The Rondy Sled Dog Race is scheduled to take place in Anchorage from February 22-24 and will reportedly be making a decision about their race on February 10.  However, please understand that Fur Rondy is a sprint race.  As such, their trail needs differ considerably for our own needs for our ceremonial start.
