Additional information was provided to the Iditarod Trail Committee Board today regarding Eddie Burke Jr. Upon reviewing this information, the Board voted to reinstate Mr. Burke as a competitor in the 2024 Iditarod.
The Iditarod Trail Committee Board convened a special meeting on February 22, 2024, where the Board unanimously voted, pursuant to Rule 53, to disqualify Brent Sass from competing in the 2024 Iditarod.
