How to subscribe to the Insider

Welcome to the Insider Subscription Help Page. Below are instructions to purchase an Insider Subscription if you are a:

 

NEW REGISTRANT (you’ve never registered or purchased an Insider Subscription before)

Follow these steps to buy a subscription. Also view the video below for a video walk through. For minimum computer and Internet speed requirements to experience the Insider subscription, please visit our help page.

  1. Click here to view all Insider Subscriptions. Teachers and Schools click here.
  2. Read the details and click the [Subscribe] button for the subscription you would like to buy. You’ll then be taken to the product information page
  3. Click the [Log in or register to continue] button to go to the registration page. (You must be registered and logged in to purchase)
  4. Enter a unique Username and Email in the Register for Free form and click [Register] (if you think you’ve registered before, click here to reset your password)
  5. Check your email which will include a password we created for you (you can change this after your first login)
  6. Click an the Insider Subscription link in the registration email that you want to buy and it will take you to the My Account page.
  7. Login using the username and password in the email that we created for you
  8. Once logged in, you will be automatically taken to the product subscription page
  9. Select auto-renew as the subscription length option.
  10. Choose the latest documentary Add-on if you would like to view it before it is available to the public.
  11. Click the [Subscribe Now] button.
  12. You’ll be taken to the Cart page
  13. Click the [Proceed to Checkout] button and you’ll be taken to the Checkout page
  14. Enter your billing details and credit card and click the [Checkout Now] button
  15. An Order Confirmation page will be displayed with the order details. You will also receive an email confirmation
  16. Enjoy your new Insider subscription features

RETURNING SUBSCRIBER (you’ve purchased an Insider Subscription before)

  1. Login using your username and password. (if you forgot your password, click here to reset your it)
  2. Click here to view all Insider Subscriptions. Teachers and Schools click here.
  3. Read the details and click the [Subscribe] button for the subscription you would like to buy. You’ll then be taken to the product information page
  4. Select 1 year or auto renew as an option.
  5. Click the [Subscribe Now] button.
  6. You’ll be taken to the Cart page
  7. Click the [Proceed to Checkout] button and you’ll be taken to the Checkout page
  8. Enter your billing details and credit card and click the [Checkout Now] button
  9. An Order Confirmation page will be displayed with the order details. You will also receive an email confirmation
  10. Enjoy your new Insider subscription features

 

 

UPGRADING YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION

  1. Login using your username and password. (if you forgot your password, click here to reset your it)
  2. Click here to view all Insider Subscriptions. Teachers and Schools click here.
  3. Read the details and click the [Subscribe] button for the subscription you would like to buy. You’ll then be taken to the product information page
  4. Select 1 year or auto renew as an option.
  5. Click the [Subscribe Now] button.
  6. You’ll be taken to the Cart page
  7. Click the [Proceed to Checkout] button and you’ll be taken to the Checkout page
  8. Enter your billing details and credit card and click the [Checkout Now] button
  9. An Order Confirmation page will be displayed with the order details. You will also receive an email confirmation
  10. Enjoy your new Insider subscription features
