Insider 2.0

 

Iditarod Insider 2.0 offers a glimpse into the lives of Iditarod sled dogs and the people who engage with them every day of their lives.

 

They are lives full of energy, activity, and wellness. We visit with those that spend their summers on the glaciers, to others that spend their days near their wilds of Denali, and all stops in between. Insider 2.0 sets out to take you inside their lives, far from the trail and a look at a life of joy, camaraderie, and a level commitment that has few rivals.

 

Kristy and Anna Berington have nearly 20 Iditarod finishes between the two of them. He won the Iditarod in 2018 and he will certainly be one of the favorites again in 2021.  He’s never finished out of the top 7 and his team will be young but by the sounds of things he has some rising stars in the squad.

She’s always a contender on the Iditarod Trail and it’s been known for a long time that she has a way with her team. But her ability to train animals goes after beyond her sleds dogs and into her horses. Jessie is a modern day Annie Oakley.

After taking 3 years off from the Iditarod Dallas Seavey has come back and is ready to go after his 5th Championship.  He has combined kennels with his father Mitch (who is taking the year off) and together they have a team that will contend for the title.
