While Jeff King and Sonny Lindner were taking care of their dogteams here in McGrath, Nicolas Petit came in. One thing I notice about Nic is that he is very determined and distinct. He does not want to have anybody touch or lead his dogs. He always has a clear plan in mind of where to go and what to do. He told the volunteers that he just wants to stay for 10 minutes and needs to get into his drop bags. Instead of having his team led, he said he would know where to go and drive on his own around the building. Well done Nic!
