Thursday, Feb. 27- Noon- Millennium
Meet YOUR Musher Pizza Lunch
Join us on the 3rd floor at the Millennium for the opportunity to visit with your musher during their noon break from their mandatory meeting. You are welcome to bring family members with you to the lunch! Bring your camera, too! It’s a great time to take photos and start getting to know your musher!
Thursday evening, Musher Banquet
Dena’ina Center in Downtown Anchorage. Dress is casual. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. The program and dinner begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are $81.

Mandatory IditaRider Meeting At this meeting you’ll receive general information about the IditaRider experience which includes information on where you’ll need to be on Saturday. This is an opportunity for you to see the volunteers that will be helping you on Saturday and a chance for you to ask any questions that you may have. Don’t forget, we’ll be having our drawing for some fun prizes, too! See you there!
YOUR IDITARIDER PATCHES AND IMPORTANT PAPER WORK
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
You will be receiving two IditaRider patches. These may be picked up at the Iditarod Welcome Center any time starting on Friday, Feb. 21. The Welcome Center is in room 1004. Stop by and tell our volunteers at the desk that you are there to pick up your packet! Before leaving the Welcome Center with your packet sign the release forms that are in the envelope with your patch and turn in the forms to the volunteer at the desk. (See below!)
We will need to get your signature on release forms. Click here to view and download the release forms.
You may print the forms, sign them, and bring them with you to the Millennum or pick the forms up when you pick up your patches. (mentioned above) Turn the forms back in at the Welcome Center or return them when you attend the Thursday noon “Get to Know Your Musher PIZZA LUNCH” or at the Friday mandatory meeting. We need the forms before you ride, so please remember this important task!
