*The Certified Public Accounting firm of Newhouse & Vogler has certified this raffle on September 3, 2018. The certification letter states:“I have reviewed the official rules of the 2018 Iditarod Summer Raffle and the Alaska Administrative Codes referred to therein. I have made inquiries of the management team as to how these rules and regulations are carried out in practice in this raffle. I have counted all of the raffle tickets that are pre-numbered from 0001 to 2000, and I hereby certify that this container holds all 2,000 tickets that I have counted.”
