Join us for volunteer appreciation and first day for musher sign ups. All are welcome from past and present volunteers and mushers to Iditarod fans and followers. This is an outside event, rain or shine. We will be grilling salmon and burgers and have plenty of other picnic fare for you and your family. If you missed out on picking up a 2021 Iditarod poster by Jeff Schultz presented by Exxon, we will have some on hand in the gift shop to take. Plus, door prizes too!

Event Schedule:

10 a.m.  Musher signups

11 a.m.  Picnic opens

2 p.m.    Musher entry drawing (mushers must be signed up at the picnic by 1:30 p.m.)

Update: If you’re vaccinated, masks are not required. Masks are recommended for those not vaccinated.
