The 2025 Iditarod Summer Raffle drawing took place at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 1, 2025, during the Alaska State Fair in Palmer, Alaska. Thirty lucky raffle participants are now sharing a total of $147,050 in cash prizes, including twenty-seven $1,000 prizes, two $10,000 prizes, and a grand prize of $100,050.
During this year’s raffle, the Iditarod Trail Committee (ITC) introduced a series of limited-time promotional opportunities as a way to give back to its supporters. These special incentives, available only during select periods of the raffle, included chances to win ten complimentary Iditarod Lotto tickets, discounts at the Iditarod Store, merchandise bundle packs valued at over $500, additional raffle tickets, and a unique experience—a seat in the sled of four-time Iditarod champion Jeff King (not competing in the 2026 race) during the Ceremonial Start of the 2026 Iditarod.
The Iditarod Trail Committee extends its sincere congratulations to all raffle winners and expresses deep gratitude to every supporter who purchased a ticket. Proceeds from both the Summer and Winter Iditarod Raffles play a vital role in sustaining The Last Great Race on Earth®, directly funding the operations of the annual Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race®.
