Brent Sass En Route to Nulato

Chasing Brent Sass feels like chasing some elusive wild animals. Wild and Free after all, right? He had traveled a long way down the trail since I last saw him pull through Galena. How far was it? After all those rumours in Galena, the 55 Mile Information was right. I had 54.8 on my speedometer.

Passing Brent he immediately said, “This was a mistake “. He wished he would have camped out, as it got much warmer than he expected. When Brent pulled by Koyukuk, the whole town came out to greet him. The Video Crew got footage of that, Brent even signing autographs. Look for that in the videos. Just heard they have a big bonfire on the river there tonight. Heck, might have to go back and visit. It felt strange going by Koyukuk, so many good memories from last year there
