I had a nice chat with Wade this morning. I’m so happy for this kid. He is in a really nice position. Wade could sure use a payday too. He said his credit cards are all maxed out. He built his own sled and tied it together using surveyors string. It’s not the prettiest sled out here but it sure is doing the job. Wade has not been able to travel for training this year either. He has been stuck in Willow in all the warm rainy weather. But here he is in 8th place. He said he is going to try and catch Jeff King and pass him. I really like his attitude!
