Musher Details

I was introduced to mushing during my summer with Alaska Icefield Expeditions in 2016 on the Denver Glacier in Skagway. I enjoyed it so much I took a job with the 17th-Dog kennel and that’s where I met Matt and Liz Failor and where it all began! I love running dogs, it’s really all I’ve done since high school. I loved giving tours in the Southeast, and running and racing in Fairbanks and Willow. You can’t ask for better co-workers or office space, the dogs and being outside is what makes it the best lifestyle there is! I want to run this race with these awesome great dogs and get to experience everything this sport has to offer. Iditarod will be a personal accomplishment I’ve looked forward to, and sharing the trail with my two and four-legged friends!
