Travis Beals was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. “I ran my first sled dog race at four years old”, he says. “I’ve always wanted to run Iditarod.” In 2013 that dream came true. He and his partner Sarah Stokey operate tours in Seward, and both ran the Iditarod in 2019. Travis enjoys flying helicopters, fishing,hiking and the outdoors.
