Mille is no stranger to sled dogs.  She has spent years of her life on the runners as part of expeditions all over the globe.  But she brings her skills to the Iditarod for the first time in her career.

Mitch is one of the all-time greats in the sport of mushing.  He is always first to credit his dogs and those who help him keep his kennel as one of the best in the world.  And it really helps when you have a dog like Pilot!

He’s always in the mix and Nic Petit is unique to say the least. He lives for his dogs in a beautiful place.

Paige Drobny had her first top 10 finish in the Iditarod in 2019.  As she explains it about a kennel that is coming of age.

Quito was one of the greatest lead dogs in the races history.  And for Aliy Zirkle the pain was real when we talked to her at home about her prized Quito.  You’re outside of Fairbanks, Alaska.

Iditarod Champ Pete Kaiser proved that you can live off the road system in Alaska and still win the race!  We traveled to Bethel to catch up with the humble Kaiser and met his team on their turf.

Not many have finished more Iditarod’s than Dr. Robert Bundtzen.  We caught up to him near his home in Anchorage to see whats in store for 2020.

What an opportunity!  Tim Pappas has finished the Iditarod before but for 2020 Martin Buser has given him the keys to the “A” team.  The 4-time Champion has taught many finishers the ropes of being a good dog driver and he thinks Tim is ready for this challenge.
