Hand Washing with Hobo Jim

The CDC recommends washing hands for at least 20 seconds. For a timer, they suggest the “Happy Birthday” song twice. Singing the alphabet song is another way to keep washing.  Well, how about washing hands to Hobo Jim’s Iditarod Trail Song?

 

Here are the lyrics to Hobo Jim’s Iditarod Trail song and the lines are marked where approximately 20s would end,  so you can signal your students when to move on.    So line up your class, push play, and sing!  You might want to post the lyrics in your classroom as well.
