The competing mushers will wear bibs 2 through 11. Bib #2 will leave the start at exactly 10:00 am. Teams will follow at two-minute intervals. What time will the musher wearing bib #11 take off?
Now try this on a bigger scale. There are 47 teams signed up to run Iditarod XLIX. The honorary musher will wear bib #1. The competing mushers will wear bibs 2 through 48. Bib #2 will leave the Deshka Landing start at exactly 2:00 pm. Teams will follow at two-minute intervals. What time will the final musher, wearing bib #48 depart?
